Yes! It is finally a Spokane summer with temps in the 90’s…I hope you all are enjoying as much as I am.

This Sunday we have a special treat. Nels Pitotti of the Vienna Christian School is coming to share a word with us. John Repsold will also be returning from Europe this weekend as well. So, join us this Sunday at The Second Space Art Gallery, 608 W. Second Avenue, services at 9 and 11 AM. Coffee and punch served in between service.

Picnic coming. Our next church wide potluck is going to be a picnic planned for July 25th in Riverfront Park from 4-6 PM. That’s just in two and half weeks! Mark you calendars and bring enough food for your family and someone else’s and pray for the weather to be as splendid as it has been these past few days.

We need some City Gate Volunteers for this Saturday evening. Need some willing individuals to serve dinner to some of Spokane’s homeless and disadvantaged. Let me know if you’re interested by replying to this e-mail and I’ll pass the info onto Mike Mann.
