Mosaic Fellowship Is a Family

We’re so glad you’re interested in visiting us! Mosaic is a community where you can experience God, build real relationships, and grow in faith at whatever stage of life you are in. Whether you're exploring church for the first time, returning after a break, or looking for a church family, we are happy to have you join us.

Our weekend worship services are on Sunday mornings at 8:30 and 10:15 and our recovery-focused Saturday night service is at 5:00 p.m., (dinner served at 7:00pm, child-care is provided). We offer childcare and Sunday School for infants through 5th grade during the 10:15 a.m. Sunday service. Children 6th grade and older attend the full service.

What To Expect

FREE PARKING

Mosaic has a free parking lot on the West side of the building; reserved for guests, seniors and families. Street parking is free on Sunday!

A WARM GREETING

Genuine interest in others is part of what makes Mosaic feel like God's family. No matter where you are in your spiritual journey, every one is welcome. Come as you are and experience the embrace of God's presence in His people. Hot coffee and tea are provided in the foyer during the half hour between our Sunday morning services to encourage fellowship.

CONNECTION

Would you like to be part of Mosaic's church family? Great! Welcome. Grab a bulletin to see what's going on throughout the week, or speak with a staff member to get involved. Hospitality, Bible Studies, Children's Ministry, and Tech team; just to name a few.

COMMUNION

At Mosaic, we practice communion on a weekly basis. This is a sacrament between Christ and His Church; His body broken for you and His blood shed for you. Believers are welcome to participate in communion, remembering what Jesus has done for you and uniting with Him. If you don't know Jesus as your personal Savior, please talk to a staff member or the prayer team today!

WORSHIP

Musical worship is a key component of every service at Mosaic; but it's not the only form of worship we practice. Experience the lifestyle of worshiping God through, prayer, service, fellowship, confession, corporate reading of God's word, obedience to His commands, giving, fasting, work, and so much more.

TRUTH

The Bible tells us the truth about God, our world, and ourselves while the Holy Spirit helps us apply God's word to daily living. At Mosaic we seek to explore, understand, and obey God’s Truth on every level of life in a spirit of Christ-like love. We trust that Mosaic will better equip you as a follower of Jesus and help those around you become His disciples too.

Saturday Changing Lives service also provides a children's service at 5:00 pm

Street parking is free on Sundays! Mosaic does have a parking lot on the West side of the building (off 3rd). The lot is intended for visitors, seniors and families with kids,

We have people from all walks of life at Mosaic so some of us dress casually and others may wear a suit and tie. Wear whatever helps you and others better connect with God while not being a distraction.

The musical worship portion of our services varies from week to week depending on what the worship leader feels will best facilitate worship of God in Spirit and in truth that day. Some weeks we have a full band and other weeks we have just one person leading from the piano or guitar. We sing contemporary worship songs written in the last 40 years, as well as many hymns. We may recite a Christian creed or portions of a Psalm together. We may have times of silence or instrumental music with no words. We often stand together while we sing and it can be up-beat and energetic or calm and reflective. The goal is not to appeal to everyone's personal musical preferences but to express ourselves to God as one community, to hear Him speak to our souls and obey His leading, to learn How to pray to God in the midst of every life circumstance, to be encouraged and to encourage others by singing and to form strong habits of faith.

Junior High and High school students attend our weekend services. We purposefully do not offer age-specific gatherings for 6th grade and older at these services because we want everyone to experience the blessing of intergenerational Christian community. Our different stages of life bring unique perspectives and blessings that are inhibited when we only gather by similar age.

That said, we do recognize the importance and value of friendship with people who have similar life-experiences and perspective as you, and therefore likely have similar struggles, questions/doubts, interests, joys etc. Because of this, we also have a Youth Group for Junior High and High School that meets Monday nights. Please check out our Youth Group page under Ministries and visit us!

We celebrate communion weekly at all Sunday services.

Our sermons are streamed live on our Mosiac Youtube channel, click on the "Livestream" link found on the homepage to find our current and past streamed services.

Yes, right here at 606 W. 3rd Ave. However, meetings are by appointment only. Call 747-3007 for more information or set up an appointment with a staff pastor directly (see the Leadership page and use the email link under the staff member).

Please fill out our visitors form found in the bulletin to be contacted by one of our pastors. Quarterly, Mosaic tries to put on a "Pastors' Dessert" This is a chance to meet the staff and ask any initial questions you have about Mosaic. We also annually offer 4 stages of discipleship growth courses which we desire everyone to go through in order to learn things like fundamental Christian doctrine, how to read and study the Bible, how to better share your story/testimony with others, and to assess your unique personality and gifts and how God might want you to exercise those gifts at Mosaic and beyond. You might also consider joining a Building Bible Study at one of the residential buildings downtown during the week or a ministry team serving others throughout the week. Check out our "Ministries"  and "Get Involved" tabs up top!

The best way is to contact one of our Pastors or Elders so we can match your passion and gifting in ministry with the right ministry setting. Please see the "Leadership" page to find out who to speak with.
