Your Mosaic Building Team meets every Friday morning to review the work that has been done in the past week and chart out the work to be done in the week coming. That week begins TOMORROW!
So here’s what we need starting at 8:30 a.m. this Saturday, September 24th:
- 4 people to help vacuum the cross-bracing in the assembly area ceiling. You’ll be working on scaffolding, lifts and ladders. You’ll also need to be comfortable wearing a breathing mask.
- 1-2 additional shop vacs.
Here’s what we need on Sunday, September 25th, after the morning Worship service:
- Up to 10 people to help clean up the floor and load debris into a dump trailer.
Since we will be cleaning, sealing and striping our parking lot from Friday night to Sunday night this weekend, everyone will need to either park on the street when you come or in one of the Diamond Parking lots (in front of the Bike Shop). On-street parking is free on the street on Sundays but you must plug the meters on Saturdays and, if you park in the lots, pay both Saturdays and Sundays.
We did receive our needed permit for reconstruction this week, hallelujah! We’ll be installing insulation on walls and ceiling this week as well as doing some framing. So things are starting to move forward nicely.
If you would like to be on the volunteer list for any Mosaic Center projects, please let Menesia (
) or me (
) know. Thanks for all your prayers and work on this strategic project.
Building for the future,
